Seller Story: Why Larry Didn’t Sell to Us, and Still Gave Us a 5-Star Review

When Larry reached out to DCI Properties, he wasn’t sure what to expect. He had been in residential construction for many years and was working on renovating a home on Waterloo Street in London. But as happens sometimes with big renovation projects, it had started to get away from him.

The work was well underway, but not yet complete, and the stress of finishing it was starting to weigh on him. When he received a DCI Properties flyer in the mail, he decided to give us a call to explore his options.

Our team visited the property, took a careful look at its condition, and had an open, honest conversation with Larry about his situation. After reviewing everything, we actually advised him not to sell to us.

Because of the amount of work he had already completed, we believed Larry would likely make more money listing the property on the open market.
