Working with Ryan and Courtenay was an absolute pleasure. It was low stress, smooth and they checked to make sure I was comfortable every step of the way… right up to the day of closing (and after!). Their service went beyond my expectations. I was very skeptical of this type of process, but I wanted a quick and easy way to sell. No fixing, no staging, no showings etc- life was too busy and the market was too unpredictable. I was scared that working with a company like this would not be a sure thing… but it was and they reassured me along the way. They did everything they said they would and more. I contacted multiple companies to get offers and received multiple offers -  Ryan’s was fair, transparent, the highest, and everything was signed within 2 days. I lost my wife in early January 2025 and decided that now was the time to move on from the house we had lived in for the past 38 years as it was much too big and getting to be too much work for just myself. Over that time we had not done much in the way of updating things other than what was absolutely necessary, and so one can imagine that it was not a showcase that would be snapped up on the market. I remembered receiving a flyer from them and decided to check them out online now that I was seriously considering a move.

I am so glad that I chose the route I did to sell the house. I was a little bit sceptical about selling to an investment company and the glowing descriptions on their website, but the people I dealt with - Ryan and Courtenay - were totally above-board and helpful: no hassles or BS, just an honest and up-front transaction from very nice people. They even phoned me on several occasions to see if I was still OK with the deal and happy with the decision. Just today, even after the deal had closed and they were the new owners, I got another call to ask how I was liking my new apartment and if I was settling in OK. It felt like they were as concerned with my well being as much as  just getting hold of another property to invest in. Kind of reawakens one's faith in people to learn that all corporations aren't inhuman or unethical.

So overall, the whole transaction was just as they advertise and allowed me to set a closing date which suited me and didn't leave me hanging or wondering whether I could find a place if and when the house sold. They are now in the process of renovating and I wish them all the best.

Ryan and his company were very, very kind to me and my family, when we were in a not-so-great +and extremely stressful) situation where we needed to sell our home very quickly. Everything along the way was explained quite thoroughly, and thankfully they were also able to work with a very short deadline - which was honestly a small miracle! He is a very honest person, he was very upfront with advising me not to accept his offer because he truely wanted what was best for me and not just there for himself. Even though we didn’t strike a deal he took time out of his ow day to give me great advice and help me toward my best possible outcome with nothing in it for him. I truely believe for the brief time I’ve known him he is a very genuine and honest person who just wants the best for people!
