We were looking to sell our house, it needed some work... floors and walls were in need of repair. We spoke with DCI, they came to the house and we had a deal done within 30 minutes for a price we were very happy with. We were even able to leave stuff in the house that we did not want to take with us. Very easy to deal with apart from a couple of delays with getting the papers signed.Overall we were very satisfied with DCI.

I reached out to Mark at DCI because I needed to sell my dad's house that was in poor condition after he was transferred from hospital to long term nursing home care. Mark listened patiently and compassionately and was interested in helping me with a very stressful problem. Although, I recieved another offer and ultimately sold to another buyer, I would still recommend the DCI team. So if you have a house that's more trouble than it's worth, or its stressing you out, consider calling DCI properties and see if they can relieve your stress and help you out.

How does it work?

Pretty simple. We hop on a call to learn more about the property and your situation. Then we book a time to come visit the property in person. On that appointment, our representative will present you with a bona fide offer for the property. If that option isn’t the right fit, we have a couple of other solutions we can go over with you to help get the home sold. If the cash offer is the right fit for you, you pick the closing date, and the funds are exchanged through the lawyer’s office (just like any other purchase or sale).

My house needs a lot of work. Do you really buy in any condition?

Yes! We buy properties in ANY condition. They could be full of mold, full of junk, have walls and floors in poor condition, foundation issues, pests, damage from problematic tenants, or even houses with significant fire & smoke damage. Selling to DCI means you don’t need to fix, repair, or clean anything! Often times the issues aren’t as extreme and the house is just old and needs a lot of TLC. That’s okay too. We buy the house in as-is, where-is condition.

Unlike most real estate agents or fly-by-night cash buyers, our goal is to help the seller figure out a solution regardless of if they choose to sell to us or not. Is this applicable to all types of properties (duplexes, rental properties, vacant properties)?
